Ph.D. (English), Illinois State University
Dissertation: "The Recuperation of Closure
and Epiphany in Postmodern Poetics." The dissertation focuses on
the ways in which various poets complicate the reductive opposition
between "closed" and "open" texts that has permeated
much discussion of avant-garde and contemporary work.
